Remains Relocation

Remains Relocation is a process of relocating the remains of one's ancestors to a new burial land mainly for reasons of better environment and/or excellent fengshui. It is said that thru the relocation of the ancestors, the offsprings and their families will be blessed with abundance of prosperity, health and wealth. It is believed that this will continue for generations to come as well.

Remains relocation is also known as "bone collecting" or "bone cleaning". The remains relocation is not a simple procedure. It has to be conducted by an experienced fengshui master or a relocation master. The procedure varies according to the deceased's religion, cultural practice based on his/her Chinese origins.

According to the Chinese, improper relocation could have adverse effects and may even result in bad luck befalling on its descendants.

Why should we relocate remains:

> Unfavourable fengshui at existing burial location
> Unsuitable environmental conditions due to flooding, the presence of pests etc
> Relocate for the convenience of paying homage.

Our services include providing experienced Fengshui Master for consultation, giving professional advice and guidance in implementing the entire relocation process.

Pictures below are the relocation service provided for our client, the Chong family.

In preparing for the relocation, Ms Chong had earlier engaged a Fengshui Master to identify the burial plot with the most befitting Fengshui elements for her and her family. They subsequently purchased the recommended burial plot and on the recommended auspicious day, we proceeded with the relocation; The remains of Ms Chong's mother was exhumed in the morning at a Chinese Cemetery in Kedah and was then transported back to Nirvana Memorial Garden, Semenyih for burial. The entire relocation process was successfully completed within a day.

There is another traditional ceremony called "Prospering the Tomb", which is akin to a house warming ceremony.  This ceremony is held after construction of the main tombstone is fully completed.  This auspicious date is usually selected by the Fengshui Master to bless the deceased and the place.
