Sharing herewith my proudest moment with you ... a testimonial received from my Singapore client, Ms Grace Lee and her family.

Dear Nirvana Group 

I am writing this letter as my note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your sales consultant  Ms.Jenny Yap, 012-3704884, three weeks back,  namely on the 1st-3rd of June 2020. 

I was facing the passing of my mother, where my siblings and I were scrambling to find a Christian cemetery for my mother burial. I am based in Singapore, and I couldn’t go back to KL for the funeral due to the MCO/uncertainties, and was tasked by my family to work out something for my mom’s interment from Singapore. 

Thankfully, I managed to contact Ms. Jenny who afterwards swiftly helped me with my many enquiries. Jenny took time to explain the availability of the plots and recommended Semenyih Nirvana Memorial Park which is closer to my brother’s place. On behalf of the Family of my late husband, Mr Lim Meng Kiat, I would like to express our appreciation of the overall assistance extended to us during our recent bereavement.

Our three-night wake conducted in your grand Sunflower Suite was facilitated by the posh ambience as well as commendable service by the following attending personnel:

(1) 'Ah Chan' Jieh - the friendly & efficient tea lady and her young assistant, who went beyond their regular duties to help us in (expertly & swiftly) folding the 'gold/silver money' in their free time, contributing to more than the required total of 10 bags for burning on the final night.

(2) The amiable 'Malay' female waitress on night duty who - without being asked (as we were busy) - attended to our guests during the wake, serving them drinks and snacks.

(3) All the other staff on duty at the lounge as well as buffet and drinks counter including the catering person himself who reminded and helped us to ta-pau(nightly) leftovers thus avoiding wastage.      Finally, special thanks to yourself for your efficiency and empathy in attending to our needs, not forgetting that you also requested one of your female colleagues to 'look after' me and my grand-daughter in the lobby while the cortege left for the crematorium.

A Passion To Serve

It has been my passion to serve, especially helping those in need.  I believe "Action Speaks Louder Than Words" and therefore, I trust that the best way to serve is by anticipating my clients' needs and requirements and take proactive actions to address those needs before being told by my clients. 

My recently concluded funeral service for my client, Mr Daniel's mother-in-law, saw a very smooth and dignified send-off.  All the family members, with most of them returning from abroad to attend the wake service, endorsed Nirvana's service and gave the thumbs up to me for the overall caring coordination to see to every detail throughout the funeral arrangements.

Family members were relieved from making decisions on food, logistics, Ang Pow, prayers and other nitty-gritty arrangements as I was on top of everything to coordinate with various parties thus giving them the space to mourn wholeheartedly.  

With the years of experience in this profession, I have come to understand the feelings of facing death, the kind of "end of the world" feeling for the loss of their loved ones, the feeling that one can only see blank in their teary eyes.  Through my role in Nirvana, it is during these times in need that I offer my sincere service to lighten the family members' grief coming their way during the bereavement period. 

I received this letter of compliment from Mr Daniel immediately after the funeral.  I must say it was a real moral booster to me and our team. No doubt we were all on cloud nine reading this flattering email, we vouched that we will not rest on our laurels and will continue striving to offer our professionalism in every pivotal moments.
