Service From The Heart

When the 49 days prayer package has ended, our staff will pray to the deceased and inform him that we will soon clear the prayer altar and at the same time, invite his soul return to his final resting place. In this case, it is at the urn compartment. 

I will usually keep the family informed by sending them photos of this dignified process, that way, the family will have a proper closure to the funeral of their loved one.

Nirvana 2019 Agents Star Award Night

Nirvana rewarded their agents with a heartfelt appreciation awardees dinner tonight. 

Although our yearly MEGA award presentation night has been shelved due to Covid-19 pandemic, all the awardees were still being treated to a sumptuous meal with good live band entertaining us, most importantly, all of our bosses, namely, the Group CEO of Nirvana Asia Group Dato Seri Jeff Kong, our ED Mr Reeno Kong, our COO of marketing Datin JC Lee, our COO of Business Development Mr Andrew Teh were on the floor mingling with us thru out the night. It’s a feeling of one big family working together, just like Dato Seri Jeff Kong said in his speech, the company wants us to work and grow old together, happily. 

Thank you once again for the recognition from the Management to acknowledge the agents striving very hard to bring in yet another record breaking sales achievement!

Nirvana Shah Alam Mid Autumn Lantern Festival 2019

Another successful event was organised and held at Nirvana Shah Alam yesterday to celebrate our Chinese traditional mid autumn lantern festival.

The event was graced by the presence of our senior management of the company, including Nirvana Memorial Park Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Jerry Yu,  Nirvana Memorial Park (Central Region) Chief Operating Officer Datin Lee Jye Chyi.

Series of activities were being organised by the event team to keep all guests entertained. There were stories telling time with clowns mingling around, making of lanterns, photo booth dressing up like the fairy ‘Chang-E’ and lots of home made and hand crafted items on car boot sale! Of course not forgetting free flow of mooncakes were being served thru-out the event.

Bravo Nirvana for a meaningful time spent with our valued guests!

Ceremony of Inviting Soul

Ms L, in her 60s now, has a personal wish which has been harboring in her mind since young; That she has wanted to find a place for her departed older sister to call it home.

Her older sister passed away when both of them were still at toddlers’ age. No trace of her final resting place, no date of birth and date of passing except a photograph of her that has been kept dearly in Ms L’s possession.

She asked for a favor to help complete her wish. I gave her my assistance along with the religious guidance by our Cantonese Nammo Sifu, Master Leong. An auspicious date was selected, with the preparations of having an urn to put in a set of clothing as a symbol of her belongings. Master Leong has then conducted a ceremony of "Calling her Soul" in front of the compartment with the younger descendants kneeled down and prayed together calling out her name.  The urn was then placed into the compartment completed with her photograph to mark her final resting place, at Nirvana Shah Alam Ming Palace 2. The same place that house Ms L’s departed parents and older brother.

Ms L was much relieved after the ritual and sent in a grateful message to thank all the staff who helped in accomplishing this long time wish.

We, at Nirvana, are also proud to be able to help in providing a closure to our valued client, no doubt the service is intangible but a job done to a fulfilling content to the heart, soul and mind, is our ultimate goal.
