We must thank our client, Mrs Chow who recommended our services to Ms Chin, her ex-colleague. Ms Chin's father passed away two weeks ago at a hospital in Selangor due to old age.
Ms Chin's father passed away while she was still on the telephone line discussing with me on the pricing and gathering the necessary information pertaining to Nirvana's funeral service. We gave her our assurance of a par excellence service from Nirvana and her father's funeral will be well taken care of.
Our caring and soft approach to the senior members of the family had led to much comfort and solace during the funeral. Ms Chin's mother and aunts were all full of praises in the way we presented our disposition. It is this soft touch that warmth the grieving hearts, we believe.
The late Mr Chin was cremated after a 2 nights wake services at the Nirvana Memorial Center and his urn ashes was installed on the same day at Ming Palace II.
