Christian Funeral Service

Mrs Tan called me one afternoon to inform of her father-in-law's passing at a hospital in Petaling Jaya.

Our Service Consultant, Steven Tai rushed to the hospital to help out in claiming the remains and explain on the Funeral Service Package.  I was away in Seremban attending to another client and could only rush back by late afternoon.

We had handled Mrs Tan's mother's funeral two years ago and she was happy with Nirvana's arrangements and services then and therefore, would do the same for her father-in-law this time.

We met at Nirvana Memorial Center, Sungai Besi in the evening together with Mr Tan to finalise the detail arrangements.

The Wake Service was held at our VIP Sunflower Suite followed by Cremation at Nirvana Shah Alam and subsequently, the Late Mr Tan's ashes was installed at the Phillipians Urn Columbarium at Nirvana Christian Memorial Garden, Semenyih.

We pray that  his soul will rest in eternal peace.

Farewell to the late Dato' Seri Paul Mony Samuel

Dato' Seri Paul Mony Samuel - the former General Secretary of the Football Association of Malaysia and the Asean Football Confederation, passed away in the evening around 8.30pm on 16th April, 2016 at a hospital in Petaling Jaya.

Upon receiving the distress call, I rushed to the hospital together with our Service Consultant, Kelvin Lee to provide assistance to the family.

We met the family members at the hospital and soon after finalised salient details of the overall funeral arrangements and our team was ready to transport the remains back to our Memorial Center's mortuary to prepare for the en-coffin process. 

While the remains was being embalmed and the dressing up ensued at Nirvana Memorial Center, Sungei Besi, preparations for erection of canopies and setting up of altar at the residence (venue of wake service) were concurrently underway.

The entire funeral service set up at the residence was duly completed by our service team and the late Dato' Seri Paul's remains was brought home at about 2am, much to the comfort of Datin Seri Kristine, his beloved wife.

Family members were very impressed by the speedy response and the efficient services rendered by Nirvana. 

On the night Christian wake service prayers was conducted, close to 500 people turned up to pay their last respect which included dignitaries and VIPs from the football fraternity.

The late Dato' Seri Paul Mony was laid to rest at Subang Lutheran Garden, Shah Alam the following day.  

We pray that your soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

LETTER OF APPRECIATION FROM THE ELDER BROTHER OF DATUK SERI PAUL MONY SAMUEL

When my brother Dato'Seri Paul Mony Samuel went to be with the Lord on 16th April, 2016 we sought the assistance of Nirvana to arrange for the funeral service..We met Kelvin Lee and Jenny Yap and agreed on the VIP Package.

Here I would like to put on records our congratulations and satisfaction to both Ms Jenny Yap, Mr Kelvin Lee and his whole team for a job well done.  They were very professional and meticulous in organizing the funeral services all the three days.

Even when we told them of some changes the eleventh hour (to prepare the Music Band) they were successful in getting it done.  The ground service personnel also dia splendid job the three days.

Thank you again and nice knowing and working with.

CATHOLIC WAKE SERVICE AT PAUL MIKI ROOM, ST.FRANCIS XAVIER CHURCH

Thru a very good client's recommendation, I had the opportunity to serve the Ng brothers during their recent bereavement on the loss of their beloved mother, the Late Mdm Mary.

It was a very sad experience as all the boys are in their twenties or early thirties and honestly, were at a loss in handling the funeral process.

I gave them the assurance that I will see thru the entire ritual with them so that they will have no other worries except to wholeheartedly mourn over the untimely loss of their mummy.

The two nights wake service was at PAUL MIKI ROOM, St Francis Xavier Church, Petaling Jaya which saw many relatives and church friends coming to pay their last respects and to attend the prayers session which started at 8pm every night.

Rev. Patrick Boudville conducted the Funeral Mass at the Assumption Church, Petaling Jaya.  Many witnessed the boys delivered touching eulogies in memory of their dearest mother. Those who walked along the casket while it was wheeled out from the church were seen weeping together.

The hearse ended the last journey of the late Mdm Mary at Nirvana Shah Alam for cremation.

I have accompanied the boys to complete the ash urn installation at Petaling Jaya Chinese Cemetery Association, in the Christian Columbarium on the same day as our Nirvana Crematorium provided the service of collecting the ashes within two hours.  

A promised fulfilled and I believe that their mummy will Rest In Eternal Peace.

Christian Funeral Service

It was very unfortunate to have received Mr Rabind's call in the wee hours of the day.  His aged uncle had just passed away and he informed me to help him with the funeral arrangements. I knew Mr Rabind some four years ago when his aunt passed away and after which his father's funeral arrangement two years later.

The Catholic wake service for his uncle was carried out at home for a night and a funeral mass was conducted at St.Paul Anglican Church in Petaling Jaya.

The late Mr John Paul Ratnam was laid to rest at Subang Lutheran Garden. 

We pray for his soul to rest in eternal peace.

Christian Funeral Service

Kelvin called me from Sime Darby Medical Centre (Formerly SJMC in Subang Jaya) Tuesday evening at about 8.30pm sounded in urgent need of help. Her aunt has just passed away. I live nearby and arrived at the ward some 20 minutes later.

After a round of calm and clear presentation, Kelvin and his family members gave us the nod to proceed with the Funeral Service. Our Service Crew arrived soon after, claimed the remains of her aunt and brought back to her home in Petaling Jaya. Upon arrival, the service crew immediately swung into action and proceeded with the setting up of the entire process, including the embalming, dressing & make-up and eventually laying her to rest in the casket by 12.30am. Concurrent with the above, the setting up of the altar and the canopies with tables and chairs, placing of the road signages were all being handled/organised by the service crew. All the above arrangements were done within a mere 4 hours from the first phone call I received.

I emphasized to Kelvin and his family members that the efficiency of our work is part of the commitment from Nirvana in providing comfort and relieving the stress of the family to the minimum during these trying moments.

The two nights wake service was conducted by The Pastors from PJ Evengelical Free Church and The Late Mdm Ng was laid to rest at Nirvana Semenyih Christian Memorial Garden.

We pray that the Late Mdm Ng's soul rest in eternal peace.
