On behalf of my family, we would like to commend on the effort 

put forth by Jenny Yap and Soo Wen Loong which was above and 

beyond their scope.

Throughout this difficult period, they ensure the formalities and 

proceedings for both the wake and funeral were carried out 

professionally and without hiccups, and on top of that with 

utmostrespect and care for the family members. They were kind 

and respectful to provide follow up services to ensure all prayers 

and proceedings are followed through.

We would like to thank them again for removing all worries and

uncertainties during this mourning period for our beloved father. 

With due respect, this is probably within their service scope. 

However, they performed with sincerity and respect, and most 

importantly, with love towards us.

On behalf of the Family of my late husband, Mr Lim Meng Kiat, I would like to express our appreciation of the overall assistance extended to us during our recent bereavement.

Our three-night wake conducted in your grand Sunflower Suite was facilitated by the posh ambience as well as commendable service by the following attending personnel:

(1) 'Ah Chan' Jieh - the friendly & efficient tea lady and her young assistant, who went beyond their regular duties to help us in (expertly & swiftly) folding the 'gold/silver money' in their free time, contributing to more than the required total of 10 bags for burning on the final night.

(2) The amiable 'Malay' female waitress on night duty who - without being asked (as we were busy) - attended to our guests during the wake, serving them drinks and snacks.

(3) All the other staff on duty at the lounge as well as buffet and drinks counter including the catering person himself who reminded and helped us to ta-pau(nightly) leftovers thus avoiding wastage.      Finally, special thanks to yourself for your efficiency and empathy in attending to our needs, not forgetting that you also requested one of your female colleagues to 'look after' me and my grand-daughter in the lobby while the cortege left for the crematorium.

When my brother Dato'Seri Paul Mony Samuel went to be with the Lord on 16th April, 2016 we sought the assistance of Nirvana to arrange for the funeral service..We met Kelvin Lee and Jenny Yap and agreed on the VIP Package.

Here I would like to put on records our congratulations and satisfaction to both Ms Jenny Yap, Mr Kelvin Lee and his whole team for a job well done.  They were very professional and meticulous in organizing the funeral services all the three days.

Even when we told them of some changes the eleventh hour (to prepare the Music Band) they were successful in getting it done.  The ground service personnel also dia splendid job the three days.

I'm writing this short note is to thank you, Steven, Gan, Nirvana Care Team, and Management.

Firstly, you are a wonder woman and you know everything in and out prior and post the service. And best part you are a very kind and helpful person, both my wife and I are grateful to have you to support us from the beginning till the end of the process.

Also please send my thanks to Gan, Steven, professional care team, emcee on the last day and the rest of the team at Nirvana who really give their heart to serve and they went above and beyond to support my families and friends.

Overall the entire experience with Nirvana was really amazing and it's the absolute right decision to sign up the services with Jenny and team @nirvana.
