Tips for those experiencing a bereavement emergency:

> Death can occur during hospitalisation and that can be caused by one of two reasons:
~ Death due to normal illness. For this, there should be a death certificate certified by a doctor or police, and to inform the bereavement care service professionals immediately.

~ For death due to contagious disease, there need to be a death certificate certified by a doctor or police, the bereavement care service professionals to be noticied accordingly and the body must be cremated immediately to prevent the spread of virus or germs.

> Death in the house:
~ Report to police station.
~ Obtain death certificate and burial permit.
~ Inform bereavement care service professionals immediately.

> Death due to accident:
~ The body of the deceased has to be sent to coroner for autopsy.
~ The body of the deceased to be cleaned entirely.
~ Family members of deceased to fill in a form to claim the body.
~ Family members must obtain the death certificate and burial permit.
~ Inform bereavement care service professionals immediately.
