Remains Relocation 拾金服务

Mr Liew senior came from Pahang to select an urn compartment for his wife and himself.

After visiting this beautiful columbarium ~ Ming Palace 3, he was so impressed by its architecture and its soft furnishings.  Feeling calm and at peace, he concluded that he should also relocate his beloved mother to the same place, right next to his urn compartment.  His late mum was laid to rest in a Chinese Cemetery near Shah Alam some 20 years ago.

Having gained some experience in this line of business over the years, I advised Mr Liew and his family to choose two compartments that are side by side with the late mother to be located on the left.  My recommendation is in accordance with our generations old Chinese traditional practice that specifically require the older seniors' urn to be placed on the left hand compartment of or a level above their offsprings.

Mr Liew senior was very pleased with the urn compartments recommended and decided to purchase them and immediately proceeded with preparation for the relocation work.

Under the professional service of our relocation master, Mr Yap, an auspicious date and time was identified based on the birth dates of the family members who will be attending the relocation work on the actual day itself. This is necessary to avoid any bad chi clashes or affecting them the moment the remains is unearthed.  In this case, that were Mr Liew junior and his wife, both came to attend and carry the ash urn of their late Grandma.

A special request was made earlier by Mr Liew senior for us to look out for his late mum's jade bangle which was one of grave goods buried along on her funeral day. It didn't take us very long to locate the item. It was a picture of mixed feeling when the bangle was retrieved and handed over to the grandson. Everything about Grandma suddenly gushed in with that little piece of sentimental keepsake. I could see it in his eyes.

People believed that such grave goods can chase away bad luck, said Mr Yap to Mr Liew junior.

While the work of retrieving the bones was progressing on, Mr Yap was heard asking his staff to keep searching for the last part of a missing lower limb.  It was at that time, Mr Liew junior remembered that his grandma had one of her lower limbs amputated due to diabetes. Immediately everyone burst out laughing at how professional and experienced Mr Yap can be in his line of service...
