Relocation of Grandparents' Urn & Tomb

Eugene returned from USA tasked by his Aunt to relocate his grandparents' tomb and ash urn, both located at separate locations near the Kuala Lumpur Kwong Tung Cemeteries and Chin Fatt Tze Temple.

During his stay in KL to plan out the above, I had a thorough discussion with him combing through the costing, the Cantonese customary practices, the dos and don'ts as well as the appropriate procedures in handling the relocation followed by a visit to Nirvana Memorial Park Shah Alam to select the final resting place for both his grandparents, to be together again, he said.

He was impressed by our detail and precise presentation and he eventually understood all the above clearly and specifically on the required information and documents to be prepared and organised for submission to the relevant governmental authorities for licenses and approvals.  The above has prepared Eugene well as he now has a complete of list of 'to dos' giving him ample time and flexibility to plan and work things out with his family members. Upon completing his part of the preparation, we took over the responsibility from there and he then left for USA confidently that all matters will be well taken care of by us.

Edmund, Eugene's elder brother, returned from abroad on that auspicious day to partake in relocating their grandparents.  The entire process went exceptionally smooth and we completed the entire exercise within half a day beginning at dawn till passed noon.  We sent Edmund back to the hotel after a sumptuous and hearty Malaysian meal.  Everyone in the family are satisfied and happy that their grandparents are now finally together again.
