My Respectable Client

Mr Loh called me one afternoon mid last year inquiring about Tang Villa's urn compartment and its related product information. We met for the first time, presented the relevant information to him and recommended to him some choiced location units.

Then we were off for a vacation. Mr Loh was kind enough to commit himself to wait for us to come back so that we can arrange for him to bring his mother along to visit Tang Villa and to choose for herself the preferred urn unit.

Soon after we met again and Mr Loh confirmed the urn unit purchase and he also bought an Ancestral Tablet at the Temple. We were very grateful to have come across a honorable client like Mr Loh who has kept his words and commitment.

One early morning in late February this year, Mr Loh called from the Hospital informing me of his father's passing. Despite the grief, he still managed to choke up a spontaneous sense of humor by telling me to expect "good" and "bad" news. From the whipped up smiles, I sensed a tinge of sadness over the air. I assured him of our finest service and vouched to provide the best we can for a dignified farewell.

Both Mr Loh and his eldest brother were satisfied with our services and most importantly, Mr Loh's mother was deeply consoled and relieved to see her life partner received such a honorable send-off.
