My client, Mrs Chang, called one evening requesting our service to attend to her mother-in-law's passing in Kuantan, Pahang. The late Mrs Chang senior passed away at a hospital in Kuantan and immediately upon arrival, Nirvana's service team swung into action to claim her remains to be taken back to their Kuantan home.
Upon arrival of the remains, the canopies setting up was already underway and at the same time, our white ladies and the embalmer team have also arrived from our Nirvana HQ in Kuala Lumpur to take care of the remains with the other NV team members setting up the wake service altar concurrently.
It was a 3 days 2 nights wake service and we stayed thru out to oversee the funeral service.
The funeral departure started early in the morning with prayers and ceremony of paying last respect before we embarked on a 5 hour journey to the burial ground at Nirvana Memorial Park, Semenyih.
A fleet of vehicles comprises of Nirvana's escort, hearse, VIP limousine that ferry immediate family members and a 40 seater air-conditioned bus which catered to family relatives and friends made their journey to Nirvana Memorial Park, Semenyih. We made restroom breaks along the way and served some light meals on board the bus. It was a smooth drive all the way.
The burial was completed at around 4pm and the Chang family were glad that their late mother's funeral was very well organised and most importantly, was carried out in a dignified manner.
