Ms Teh called to preempt me of her mother's deteriorating health condition. Ms Teh has been supporting me for years, ever since I handled her brother's funeral and the family had susequently purchased pre-planned funeral packages from me. On top of that, Ms Teh also referred her friends to me whom are now my clients-turned-friends. I am deeply grateful for having such a good friend like Ms Teh, who possesses a polite, humble and kind personality.
I told Ms Teh that she will have my assurance of undivided attention when the time comes.
She was a picture of calm when I reached the hospital on that fateful afternoon, we claimed her late mum's remains and returned to Nirvana Memorial Center for the funeral arrangements discussion.
Buddhist wake prayers were carried out at Nirvana Memorial Center, Parlor 22 where more than 100 family members came to pay respect nightly.
On the third day, the procession left Nirvana Memorial Center to Nilai Memorial Park Crematorium at Nilai for cremation as their late mum's niche was being purchased there some time ago. It will be much convenient for the collection of ashes later on.
The late Mdm Yap ashes was laid to rest at Nilai Memorial Park, Water Village and is now reunited with her late son.
