He came back... his spirit was in the form of a butterfly. Resting quietly right on my house's Heavenly God's lantern. My husband can't hold back his tears any longer, as we just arrived home to the doorstep from Sydney in an 8 hours overnight flight. We strongly believed that it is him, waiting for us.
We were in a vacation together with my mother-in-law & sister-in-law and immediately headed home on the next available flight out the moment we received the phone call from my brother-in-law that he had passed away peacefully in his sleep.

It is one experience that we will remember for a very very long time. The moment we heard of the news while we were about to have our breakfast, it was liked everyone was stunned and stoned for a moment...then cries from mother-in-law and sister-in-law. I tried to be composed and started to call my brother for help. He is my Business Development Director in Nirvana. It was 5am in KL and my brother immediately rushed over to my late father-in-law's house to lend a helping hand to my brother-in-law.
We are lucky because my late father-in-law believes in pre-planning. A Funeral Service Package was bought 19 years ago, even his Sheng Ji (Plot complete with Tomb) was all completed at about the same time. Our Service Consultant, Steven Tai was quick to act upon receiving instructions from my brother. By 8.30am, his remains was already sent to Nirvana Memorial Center. In the meantime, we were making all necessary arrangements with the air tickets for the next available flight home.
My mother-in-law was emotionally calm when she was informed that Steven had made proper arrangements to settle my father-in-law's remains and that he was dressed in his favorite suits and rested at the Mortuary with a joss stick and food placed in front of him, for the night without us ...
We thank you Steven for taking the extra and sincere effort to help us during our most helpless and vulnerable moment when we were thousands of miles away from home. Trust me, this extra service that was provided by Nirvana has inked the promises of "Total Peace of Mind" to all your customers. You certainly has so much to be proud of, for the caring and sensible touch extended!
We will miss you dearly, father. May your soul rest in peace up in heaven.
