Funeral Services

While we were enjoying ourselves away for 2 weeks on holiday, my brother aka our District Service Director, Mr Yap Yin Hong, was working his guts out helping us to deliver services to our clients who had purchased the Funeral Service Package from us earlier.

Set out below are the records of the funeral services provided with incredible and excellent feedback from our clients, full credits to Mr Yap Yin Hong:

Case No 1
Purchaser: Mr Tan from Sri Damansara
Mr Tan's late Mother passed away on 11th August, 2010. The 3 days 2 nights wake service was conducted at his home.

We were indeed honoured to be given the opportunity to serve Mr Tan and his family whom was referred to us by one of our valued customers who had experienced our services before.

As our services were being applauded by Mr Tan and his family, it has proven once again that our pledge of Serving from the Heart is the only way to gain customers' confidence.

We pray that the late Mdm Ng's soul rest in eternal peace.

Case No. 2

Purchaser: Mr Yew from Subang Jaya

Mr Yew has bought from us the Urn Compartment at Tang Villa 2 about a year ago.

Mr Yew's eldest sister passed away on 18th August, 2010.

Mr Yew had met with my brother and myself 2 weeks earlier to prepare for the eventuality. And he is proud and relieved that he has made the right choice by doing the needful, which is ~ Pre-planning.

Mr Yew's 3 other brothers returned from Australia and Europe to attend to their eldest sister's funeral. They were indeed impressed with our services and the facilities available here at Nirvana. According to them, the standard of service we've rendered at Nirvana is equivalent, if not better than any of the international funeral service that they have attended so far.

Mr Yew couldn't said enough of thank you and has reiterated many times the professional approach of my brother, Mr Yap who had directed a smooth and dignified farewell for his late sister, Mdm Yew.

We pray for your soul to rest in eternal peace, Mdm Yew.

Case No.3

Purchaser: Mdm Mary Lee from Johor

Mary's mother, the late Mdm Lee passed away on 22 August, 2010.

Mary was browsing thru the internet with the help of her daughter, Rosalind a couple of weeks ago sourcing for Funeral Service Provider.

They found this blog and we had several tele-conversations thereafter. I have offered words of comfort and affirmation of our services, giving advice on handling the situation when the moment arrives.

We were constantly in touch, although it was a far distance away. More for the sake of keeping Mary and Rosalind a sense of security that we will be there for them, no matter what.

My brother came in the moment she called for assistance, the time was almost 1pm in the afternoon. Our Service Consultant for Christian faith, K.C. immediately swung into action with his crew, as he was already on standby mode after being briefed by us a few days ago.

The crew arrived and completed the full set up works by 6pm and wake service conducted by the Church members started at 7pm on the same day. Everything was smooth running all the way including the funeral procession, a funeral mass held at St. Andrew Church, Muar and subsequently cremation at Shah Alam Crematorium. The cremation process was completed within a mere 2 hours.

It was the most amazing process blessed by the Almight God that everything was held in one day, from the hearse leaving Muar at 9am until complete installation of the urn at our Perpetual Garden Columbarium, Shah Alam at 5pm.

The bus that ferried all the family members and friends who attended the urn installation, left the Columbarium at 5.00pm and arrived back at Muar around 9.00pm.

All the family members were very appreciative of our services and marveled at the wonderful services that we put together to make things work out so well.

We thank God for helping us all the way thru!

We pray for the Late Mdm Maria Lee's soul rest in eternal peace.

Case No.4

Purchaser: Mr Ching from Puchong

Mr Ching's mother passed away on 30th July, 2010 and was cremated at our Shah Alam Crematorium on 1st August, 2010.

Mr Ching and his daughter, Frances were adequately prepared for the Late Mdm Leong's funeral as both of them had approached us months in advance knowing that the need was inevitable.

Mr Ching was very pleased with the delivery of the full service. As he said, the services provided were corresponded and consistent to our sales presentation presented to him during our meetings. The funeral was completed with nothing less than what has been committed.

A well organised, dignified and respectful farewell to commemorate the life of his late mother was what he had wanted, and all these expectations were fulfilled by Nirvana, said Mr Ching.

We pray for the late Mdm Leong's soul rest in eternal peace.
