We celebrated our 4th quarter Award Dinner for the year 2009 last night (8th February, 2010).
We have won the Service Director Champion for the year 2009.
Our Agency 198's Manager, Mr Yap Yin Hong also won the District Service Director Champion.
Walking up the steps towards our Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr Jerry Yu, I heard the cheers from below, they were from my fellow team mates from Agency 198 and also all my Nirvana colleagues present at the dinner.
Like my most honorable Founder of Nirvana, Dato' Kong Hon Kong, had mentioned in his speech earlier, no reward comes easy without hardwork and perseverance. When one is armed with perseverance and hardworking attitude, and to top it up with a big heart by upholding the spirit of giving and forgiving, one will realise the fruits of his labour in no time.
I champion his advices and look upon his personality that demonstrates compassion and always keep people's welfare closed to his heart. These were evident many times with him helping the needy unconditionally during pivotal times.
He walks his talk and is one unique, intelligent role model that helps shape, mold and guide us to the path of success~ unreservedly.
With the Trophy in my hands, I was slowly savoring the feelings of bittersweet and joy on my way down the steps...

Top 10 Service Advisor Awards, Top 10 Service Director Awards, Champion of Service Director Award, Champion of District Service Director Award.
